Natural and Artificial Light:
Coastal entertaining space
This project prominently features light as a constant element high above the city, thanks to its 360-degree windows that showcase the shifting illumination throughout the day. The apartment design was inspired by our client’s vision of a bespoke coastal entertaining space – relaxed and comfortable with just the right amount of city chic. We took inspiration from the location – hot sun, warm sea and endless sand dunes.
Soft sand and ocean shades
The base colour palette is that of the beach – soft sand and ocean shades. It is the gallery furniture that gives the bring pop of bold resh colour that reminds guests of relaxed moments on summer holidays where warmth and colour are synonymous with friends and fun times.
The modernity of the building reinforces the combination of refined city details with relaxed warm weather living. This is the design that will give our client the feeling of being alive – the best of all worlds carefully combined.
The soft silk rug symbolizes the ocean waves lapping against the beach, while the light-coloured wall panels feature a driftwood-inspired finish, and the interiors of cupboards are finished in glass to evoke the clarity of ocean waters.

Colour and mood
Colours have the power to tell stories and evoke emotions. For instance, yellow fosters happiness, blue encourages tranquility, and red symbolizes love. The relationship between colour and mood is profound; vibrant shades that exude energy and elevate spirits are reminiscent of summer and vacations. The selected color palette for this project reflects this principle.
The lounge features muted tones with a soft foundation of olives, warm neutrals and terracotta, enhanced by bolder cushions and tableware. The cabins are distinguished by the owner’s beloved terracotta and blue, with guest cabins welcoming in turquoise with a hint of summer yellow, while children’s cabins embrace gentle yellow with touches of turquoise.
